Q: How will my gift be delivered? What options do I have?
A: We offer FREE Standard 2nd Class UK shipping on all of our gift boxes over £30.
If your gift box is urgent you can select 1st Class postage at check out. Also drop us a message if time is pressing, and we'll see what we can do to get your gift box dispatched as soon as possible.
Alternatively you can choose to pick up your order from our premises in Birmingham (B31) - we will email you to arrange this.

Q: Do you do corporate gifting?
A: Yes! We have worked with media companies, insurers and law firms to create corporate gift boxes that are curated to their exact preference. We can fulfill orders from 10 to 100 gift boxes. Please get in touch with us using the contact details below so we can work with you on creating a gift box to your requirements.
Q: Can I build my own box?
A: We're working on it! In the mean time, we'd love to try and accommodate your preferences. Please get in touch using the contact details below and we'll see what we can do!
Q: Can I add a personalised note to the sender within my gift box?
A: Absolutely! We can add a hand written note to your friend or family member FREE of charge. Simply add a gift into your basket. At the 'basket' screen click "Add a note to your order" and type your note in the box. We'll do the rest!
Q: How environmentally friendly are 'from BRUM with LOVE'?
A: We strive to be as environmentally conscious as possible.
Our suppliers are all local to Birmingham. Stock is often delivered to our door in person rather than being couriered across the UK or flown in from around the globe, reducing our carbon footprint.
Our packaging has been selected so that the vast majority of it can be recycled and we avoid using plastic where possible. Where we do use plastic, to comply with postal regulations, we have deliberately chosen biodegradable options.
We are particularly proud of our bespoke tissue wrap - which is printed using soy-based ink meaning that you can confidently recycle or compost it(!) when you've finished with it.

Q: Help! It's urgent! How quickly do you dispatch your orders?
A: We aim to put your gift in the post within three working days. However during busy times we may occasionally exceed this target. Please do message us if you would like us to send your gift another way and we will do our best to assist. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Q: I'm an independent creator in Birmingham - could one of my products be included in a 'from BRUM with LOVE' gift box?
